Will the transfer take us directly to our accommodation?

The private transfer will be made door to door, unless due to physical inaccessibility for vehicles, making it impossible to reach the destination of each service.

Our company differs from the rest since:
  • All our transfer services are via motorway, in order to save you time
  • You will not share your transfer with other passengers, to make your journey more confortable.

How to make a reservation?

You can book your transfer On-Line with a completely secure method in only four clicks, please you have to fill in the reservation form and payment details. You will receive an email from the company stating that your reservation has been processed successfully. With your customer ID and password you can access your control panel and manage your reservations.Once the payment is approved we will send you a reservation confirmation email and afterwards we will send you a service voucher that you must give to the driver. In case that you do not receive the confirmation in 24 hours, please contact our booking department in info@transfer4u.es.

Where will I find the driver?

If you book a transfer from the airport/train station, the driver will be waiting for you in the customs exit, in the exit of arrivals with a sign with your name to give you a personal welcome. If the transfer is to the airport or train station,the driver will collect you at the designated meeting point on your booking and will drop you off at the departure terminal.

¿Do you have child seats?

We have infant chairs available on request and free of charge. .If you make a booking or travel with an infant chair, as the infant takes a seat, you have to pay an adult fare. Infants always count as passengers, they take a seat and pay for a full fare.

¿Is it safe to pay through the website?

Payments processed by PayPal, safer, simpler and smarter. Therefore, confidentiality is assured 100%.

I need to modify my booking, how do I do that?

The user can access its account online to manage the bookings. Should you need to amend your travel request for any reason, for example to change locations, dates, personal contact information etc., please contact us in info@transfer4u.es directly on quoting your booking ID and we will be delighted to assist you further.

The notification made at least 48 hours before the service,  will allow Transfer4u to refund the user with the amount paid minus the cost of administration caused. If the booking change  occurs between 48 hours and the time of service the customer will not be refunded any amount paid, with the cancellation fee of 100%.

My flight is delayed; what should I do?

Our driver will wait up to an hour after the expected arrival time. After this time, we will try to transfer you but we are not responsible in case we cannot give this service. We recommend  as far as possible that you call our booking department on this number (34) 649 422 876  in order to inform us about the delay to avoid any subsequent problem. In any case you should claim to your airline company.

How much in advance do I need to cancel or make a reservation?

Usually you can make reservations up to 48 hours in advance, if it is with less time please contact us in info@transfer4u.es and we will confirm it to you as soon as possible. You can access your account online to cancel a booking.

If I leave anything in my vehicle, how do I get it back?

Get in touch with us on this number 649 422 876 (mondays to fridays, 10:00 -18:00) and 635 144 937 (saturdays and sundays, emergency) give us your booking information and details of your lost property. We will look for it and return it to you as son as posible, free of charge if posible, if not, you will have to pay only the delivery charge.

How many suitcases and of what size can they be?

You can take a big suitcase and a piece of hand luggage. Any excess baggage must be declared when you make a service booking request. Each piece of excess baggage has an extra charge of 10 €. You shall be liable for all additional expenses incurred, including the cost of obtaining additional vehicles to transport non-declared excess baggage and the supplier reserves the right to refuse to carry the items of excess baggage. All baggage must be properly labeled with the name of the owner and destination address.

Can I take animals?

You must notify us on your service booking request if pets are to be transported. Pets are carried at your risk. Pets must travel in a container that satisfies IATA specifications for transportation by plane. Pets can become very nervous during travel and you must take all necessary precautions.  In this case, there will be an extra charge and agreed upon in advance.

What kind of vehicles do you use?

We have Saloon/ Taxi standard, Minivan vehicles with capacity for 7 and 8 passengers and 15-seater Minibus, spacious for you to enjoy all of your journey in first class.

What are your times for bookings and services?

Our booking department is 24 hours, 365 days a  year.  Also, our vehicles are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Even so, the availability of vehicles for night journeys could be limited so we advise you to book   as soon as possible.

How soon before my flight should I leave for the airport?

Our company respect the recommendations of AENA and flight companies so you should always get to the airport at least an hour before your national flight is due to take off and two to three hours before an international flight depending on its destination. The duration of the journey between collection and arrival at the airport depends on the distance of the journey. The collection times required by the customer must be confirmed by our company,to be sure that the client gets to the airport in plenty of time.
